INSURANCE COVERAGE & PAYMENT FOR SERVICES

In most cases, Southern Medical will bill your insurance company for the equipment we have provided to you. We make every effort to verify the reimbursement and coverage of the equipment provided, prior to delivery. Coverage and payment for our services are based on your insurance policy. You will be informed of your financial responsibility regarding co-payments, deductible and non-covered charges that are not paid by the insurance company.
